The website does not currently use a contact form. Technical data required to deliver and secure the website may be processed, including IP address, browser and device information, date and time of requests, URLs and technical logs.
If you follow a WhatsApp or Telegram link and contact me, the subsequent correspondence and information you provide are processed within the relevant service and as part of business communications.
3. Purposes and legal bases

- responding to an enquiry and discussing a potential engagement — steps at your request before entering into a contract and/or legitimate interests;
- performance of an agreed engagement — performance of a contract;

Where you consent to analytics, Google Analytics processes usage data for traffic measurement and website improvement.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Cloudflare is used for website hosting, security and delivery. If you use WhatsApp or Telegram, your data will also be processed by the relevant service provider. Such providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable international-transfer mechanisms.

Technical logs are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for website security and operation. Business communications and documents are retained for as long as necessary to handle an enquiry, perform an engagement, protect legitimate interests and comply with applicable requirements.
